Returns & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation (24-Hour Window)

We understand that things change. You can request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, our artists will have already started the manual 3D modeling process for your specific photo. At this point, cancellations will incur a 30% service fee to cover the labor costs already invested.

2. Custom Items Are Final Sale

Because each item is 100% custom-made based on your unique photo, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after receiving the item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with clear printing errors, please contact us at service@getmemorymint.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will re-make and re-ship a new one for you FREE of charge. You do not need to return the damaged item.
