After your order is placed, our design team creates a custom 3D model of your pet for production.

Your 3D model proof will be sent to you by email within 24–48 hours for your review. If something doesn’t feel right, you can request changes before approval.

You may also cancel your order for a refund before approving your 3D model. Once you approve the model, production begins and your order becomes final, as your piece is made specifically for you.

Manufacturing defects, order errors, and qualifying warranty issues are still covered after approval.

3. Solid Brass: Your approved portrait is crafted in solid brass.
4. Jewelry Finishing: Each piece is polished and finished in your selected 18K gold or silver plating.

Your necklace is covered by our 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against qualifying manufacturing and workmanship defects.

Once you approve your 3D model, production begins, and your necklace will be delivered within approximately 3–4 weeks.

Please note: Due to the size limitations of the necklace, each necklace can feature one pet only to preserve the detail of the 3D portrait. If your uploaded photo includes multiple pets, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options before production.
