Every MemoryMint piece is custom-made from your photo — it is not a ready-made item pulled from inventory. After your design is confirmed, we review your photo, create and refine the 3D relief model, produce your custom piece with full-color 3D printing, finish the surface, assemble it, and complete a final quality check.

Production usually takes 7–14 business days, followed by tracked shipping. Most orders arrive in about 2–4 weeks.

Because this process involves custom 3D modeling, full-color printing, finishing, and inspection, we usually can’t offer true rush production. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what is realistic.

Yes. Upload your pet photo and you’ll see a free design preview before checkout. The preview helps you check the overall style, composition, and likeness before placing your order.

If the preview doesn’t feel right, you can try another photo. To keep the free preview tool fast and fair for real customers, we ask you to create a free store account after 3 preview attempts. After 10 attempts, please contact our customer support team — at that point, the photo may be too complex, unclear, or unsuitable for automatic preview, and our team can help review it manually.

Once your order is placed and production begins, major changes may no longer be possible.

Clear, front-facing photos work best. Choose a photo where your pet’s face is sharp, well-lit, and not covered by heavy shadows, filters, hands, accessories, or other objects.

One pet per photo usually gives the best result, especially for smaller products. If you want multiple pets in one design, please use a clear photo where every face is visible. For complex photos, multiple pets, or special requests, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can check whether the image is suitable.

Every MemoryMint piece is individually created from your pet’s photo. Because the photo is 2D and the finished piece is a 3D relief, the final result may not look exactly like the original photo.

We create an artistic raised-relief portrait based on your pet’s photo. Our goal is to capture the features that make them recognizable — their expression, markings, face shape, ears, eyes, and overall personality.

Before production, our team reviews the design and makes manual adjustments where needed to improve the likeness. However, the final piece is still a sculpted interpretation, not a perfect real-life replica. The result can also be affected by photo angle, lighting, image quality, fur texture, and how much detail is visible in the original photo.

Most custom pet keepsakes are flat 2D printed images, laser engravings, or photos placed under a clear cover. MemoryMint is different because your pet is turned into a full-color raised-relief portrait with visible depth, texture, and sculpted detail.
