Your 3D model preview will be sent to your email within 24 to 48 hours. You can review the details and request adjustments before approving it.You can also cancel your order for a refund before approving the model. Once approved, production begins and your order cannot be canceled or refunded, as your set is made specifically for you.Manufacturing defects, order errors, and qualifying warranty issues are still covered after approval.

The 2D design preview on this page is an effect preview and is separate from the production model review. Standard Matching Sets do not require photo upload or design approval.

For Personalized Sets, once you approve your 3D model, production begins, and your matching set will be delivered within approximately 3–4 weeks.

Please note: Due to the size of the pendants, each personalized matching set can feature only one pet to preserve the details of the 3D portrait. If your uploaded photo includes multiple pets, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options before production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Personalized Sets are custom made from your photo. Standard Matching Sets do not require a photo or custom portrait modeling. For a Personalized Set, after you place your order, we create a custom 3D model of your pet's portrait for your review. Once you approve the design, we carefully sculpt the portrait, craft the pendant in solid brass, apply the 18K gold-plated finish, assemble your matching set, and complete a final quality check.

For Personalized Sets, production usually takes 2–3 weeks, followed by 7–10 business days for shipping. Most personalized orders arrive in approximately 3–4 weeks. Standard set dispatch depends on availability.

Because each piece involves custom 3D modeling, detailed sculpting, metal finishing, assembly, and inspection, we generally cannot offer rush production. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering, and we'll let you know what is realistic.
